Project Requirements and Material Plans


Items such as materials and labor are very important when determining the budget for projects. In order to comply with the project plan, purchases must be made correctly and on time. 


Route: Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Operations > Material and Requirement Plans


Project Material and Labor Plans are added to the system via the Add Project Materials and Requirements Plans page in the project details.


In order to create the material and labor plan, you must define the product cards in the product management module, define and authorize the relevant process in the process management module, and define the relevant basket template. 

After creating the material and labor plan, you can select the filtering options on the basis of planning from the internal requests page in the purchasing module and convert your project-related material labor plans into internal requests, and include them in the purchasing process.


We can access the report on the BI - Report > Standard Reports > Project Materials and Requirements Report page route. By selecting the project selection and listing option, it gives the opportunity to view the entire process of the project (Order-Purchase-Sales) as Amounts.

Report; 

  • It lists grouping on the basis of product when operated on the basis of cost or inventory,
  • When the supplier is selected, grouping on the basis of supplier,
  • On a cumulative based, grouping according to the listing option,
  • Grouping by brands on a brand basis,
  • The results by grouping them according to the product categories on a category basis.
