Sales Proposals


With the Workcube Sales Proposal Module, sales personnel can prepare high-quality, customer-specific proposals. Sales proposal; It is the document that you will share with customers before the sale process is completed. Although the content of this document may vary depending on the type of work you do, it shows the product to be sold, the type of service, quantity, customer information, and the requested fee. This document usually has a validity period.


The proposals prepared in the Proposal module can consist of sections such as a home page, main proposal page, price quotas, sales tools, and answers to the questions of the customer to whom the proposal is made. An unlimited number of additional pages can be added to proposals.

By using pre-prepared templates for proposals, it is ensured that proposals suitable for corporate identity are always prepared. Special payment plans can be prepared for proposals. The sales history of the customer to whom the proposal was made can be easily accessed. Follow-ups, events, and documents related to proposals are recorded and tracked centrally.

You can convert the opportunity into a proposal over the relevant opportunity, or you can create a new proposal.

1-Title: Specify the title information (proposal name) for the proposal.

2-Customer: Select the customer to which the proposal is for.

3-Contact Person: Depending on the selected customer, the relevant contact person comes automatically.

4-Sold by: The name of the person who created the document is automatically displayed. If it is a different employee who makes the sale, you can change it.

5-Reference No: It comes from the place where the proposal was created. For example, if this proposal consists of an opportunity, the document number of that opportunity will appear in the reference number field.

6-Sales Partner: In this field, the business partner that will act together in the evaluation of the offer is specified. E.g; Dealer

7-Special Definition: You can select the special definitions you have prepared for your proposals from this field. These definitions differ in each company.

8-Probability: Enter the probability of accepting the proposal.

9-Proposal Date: The date when the document was created is displayed automatically. Use the icon next to it to change.

10-Shipping Date: Specify the date for the shipment of the product/service you are proposing.

11-Delivery Date: Specify the delivery date for the product/service you are proposing.

12-Validity: Specify the expiry date of your proposal.

13-Related Proposal: If there is another proposal associated with this proposal (it can be an expired proposal for the same product/service), you can specify.

14-Country: Select the country where the member you are going to give a proposal. The country must be defined.

15-Process: Specify the stage of the process related to the proposal. Processes differ in each company.

16-Shipping Method: Specify the shipping method for the product/service specified in the proposal content.

17-Payment Method: Specify the payment method that will apply to your proposal.

18-Project: If there is a related project, it is selected from this field.

19-Campaign: If your proposal is within the scope of a campaign, specify the relevant campaign in this field.

20-Sales Region: The focus sales region is selected.

21-Explanation: A description of the offer is entered.

22-Place of Delivery: Specify the delivery place for the products you proposed.

23-Task: If there is a related task, it is selected from this field.

24-Reference: You can choose the member who referenced the proposal transaction.

25-Contact Person: The official who deals with the proposal is selected.

26-Additional Info: Additional information about the proposal is defined in this field.

Public: Check this box to publish the proposal online.

Partner: Check this box to publish the proposal on the intranet.

Warning: If you are using the inventory selection popup with a price list, the product you have selected must be included in the price list you have selected. Otherwise, the system will warn you.


The use of the basket area is as follows;

To add products to the basket, click the “+” icon at the beginning of the basket line. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the inventory code, barcode or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.

You can change their amount manually. Then click the “Save” button.

The following operations are performed with the help of the links in the upper right;

Add Additional Page: If there are details about the proposal, it is defined in the additional page field.

Convert Sales Orders: There are multiple functions to convert proposals to sales orders. This place is one of them. From this field, you can convert the proposal to a sales order.

Convert Installment Sales: From this field, you can convert the proposal to an installment sale.

Expense Details: These are the costs at the proposal stage. For Example; If the customer is out to dinner for the proposal, the cost can be entered in this field.

Follow Ups: Enter the follow-up note about the proposal.

Account Details: In this area, you can view the information of the account you have made the proposal to.

History: You can see the change/update information in the opportunity record.

Proposal Details: When you click on this icon; You can view or add documents related to the proposal, view or add analysis related to the related member. You can view transactions, collaterals, related competitor and competitor prices associated with the proposal (in the process). With the help of other links, you can view additional information of the proposal, related notifications, and perform operations such as printing, saving, adding a new delivery note.
