Transferring Position Task


With the position tasks transfer function, it is ensured that the actions of the employee in a position are transferred to the employee in another position, in case the employee in a position changes within the company or leaves the job. Thanks to this function, the transfer of the actions of the employee to another employee is carried out on a single screen.


Route: Role Planning > Utility > Transfer Position Task

Usage on this screen is as follows;

  1. Position whose tasks will be transferred: In this field, select the employee who is assigned to the actions registered in the system.
  2. Position to Transfer Tasks: The information in this field will be displayed automatically when the position employee is selected.
  3. Position Employee: Select the employee who will take over the relevant actions.
  4. Start/End Date: You can specify the date and time range of the actions to be transferred in the start and end times fields.
  5. Duty Type: In this field, tick the boxes at the beginning of the actions you want to transfer and press the "Save" button. When you press this button, a dialog box that displays general information about the transferred jobs is displayed and the employee area involved in the relevant actions is updated with the employee who took over the tasks.
