Utility


Utility screen is a process accelerator page that facilitates faster and more practical use of useful operations such as branch copying, batch authorization on process and operation categories, task transfer and definitions, template definitions, assigning admin authority to the employee.

1. ERP


E-Government

  • Alias: It takes the alias values of E-Invoice taxpayers into the system.

Accounting Definitions

  • Select Batch Accounting Code: According to the selected accounting code category, it updates the accounting codes of the products in the determined criteria in the current period.

Products & Stocks

  • Edit Product Detail: Can search for existing product using filter options. Necessary adjustments are made by selecting the product from the list and going to the update screen.
  • Assign Product Manager: Responsible can be assigned to product categories by selecting a category.


2. HR


Employee Information

  • Edit Employee Password: When we want to change the password for more than one employee by searching for the employee from the list, the password is automatically displayed and the change is saved. 
Organization Planning
  • Copy Branch Office: Registers the departments in the source branch as the departments in the target branch.
Role Planning
  • Permanent Staff Revenue Transfer: This is the screen where the salaries of the employees are transferred as a file.
  • Permanent Staff Cost Transfer: The costs of the permanent staff employees for the determined period and the company are saved.
  • Organizational Levels: Creates new rank records of employees on this page for the specified year. 
  • Transfer Position Tasks: The person whose tasks will be transferred and the person who will take over the position are determined. Transferable between specified dates.
  • Mass Position Change: On the mass position change screen, the company, branch, department and position type are selected, and the changes to be made regarding the employees are selected on the listing screen and a mass position change is made.


3. CMS


Content Management

  • Find & Replace: You can replace specific expressions in the content with find replace. The expression in the detail of the content can be changed with whichever expression is desired. We can also bulk change an expression in bulk.
  • SOLR: There are two options on this screen, "In-House Wiki" and "Workcube Wiki". When any of these wikis are run, it goes to the selected wiki screen.

4. System

Business Process

  • Add AdminPosition id and positions are listed on this page. Whichever position is desired to be registered as admin is run by entering the position id. It can be run by entering more than one position id. Warning: When more than one selection is desired, it is updated by putting a comma (,) between them.
  • In-group Transactions: A sales invoice issued in one company is a purchase invoice for another company. This is the page used to issue two invoices at the same time. As soon as the sales invoice is issued, the purchase invoice is automatically issued for the other company.
  • Transaction Categories Transfer: It is updated in the transaction categories by selecting the target company from which resources will be imported and transferred. 
  • Position Types Collective Transaction Authorization: The employee is selected for the selected position and collective authorization transactions are given.
  • Processes Collective Authorization: Collective authorization transactions are given to the employee for the selected position.
User Authorization Management
  • Add Admin: User positions are given Admin authority on this page.
Objects
  • SMS Templates: On this page, SMS, campaign SMS, check or debt reminder templates for the pages in Workcube are determined. SMS template is created by adding SMS content and page link.
System Maintenance
  • Responsible Change: On this page, product category manager, product supplier, product manager, active opportunities sales employee, active orders sales employee, active offers sales employee, and employees to be transferred to the task are selected.
  • Complaint Categories Collective Authority: The employee who will be given collective authority to the complaint categories is selected. And in which complaint categories it is desired to be assigned, the categories are selected and recorded.
  • XML Data Transfer: The period and the table to be transferred are saved by selecting the related column and in which conditions and order it is desired to appear. The file is created in the background and saved to the server. 
General Settings
  • Basket Transfer: In the source part, where to get the information is selected, the place to be transferred is selected and the transfer is provided.
  • Form Generator: Surveys and questions can be created on this page. Eligibility limit, maximum score and results are determined.
