Project Audit and Standards

A project is successful if it realizes the determined works and objectives, with the planned budget, at the targeted time. In order to measure the project, it is necessary to compare the results with the project plan.

Table-1 Project Audit Criteria Table

There are two basic success points for the project team.
Einstein Score: The ability to do smart and error-free work is measured. It is scored between 0-5.
Bruce Lee Score: The ability to do quick work is measured. It is scored between 0-5.
