Inventories XML Settings

Inventory Management provides comprehensive and flexible tracking. You can see and manage the inventory movements, actual inventory, available inventory, minimum/maximum inventory, reorder point, spec details, inventory strategy, product detail information, and price details about the product from a single screen.

XML Settings determines page-specific operating rules.

You can access the XML Settings by following the Dashboard > System > Page Settings path on the relevant screen.

Inventories Listing XML Setup

1 - Show Detailed Stock Strategy Information

When selected as Yes; If the stock status filter "Based on Strategy" is listed, stock strategy columns are opened on the listing page.

2 - Detailed Search

When Yes is selected, the product features button appears and enables detailed searches according to the selected product features.

3 - Show Sellable Stock Principle

If it is selected as yes; When listing on a Strategy Basis, the "Stock Principle" column opens in the list.

4 - Show Real Stock When Listed By Strategy

When Yes is selected, it shows the actual stock quantity. It works on a strategy basis and the strategy box must be selected according to the sellable stock.

5 - Show Lines Under Cancellation and Overdelivery

When the inventory is clicked on detail, it shows the lines in the canceled and over-delivery phases in the incoming unclosed orders section.

6 - Unclosed Orders Arrive According to Warehouse Filter

When the inventory is clicked on the detail, the unclosed orders and the orders in the selected warehouse in the filter are displayed.

7 - Receive Stock Detail Information According to Warehouse Filter

Real, Sellable, Scrap Stock, etc. from the stock detail information. The information comes according to the repository selected in the filter.

8 - Include the Amount in the Scrap Location

Determines whether or not to include quantities in the scrap location.

9 - Show Shelf Code in Line

When Yes is selected, the shelf code is displayed along with the warehouse of the shelf in the shelf column.

10 - Let Passive Departments Come In The Filter

When it is selected as Yes, it is ensured that the Warehouse/Departments listed in the warehouse filter are displayed in their passives.

11 - Show Quantity Based on Unit 2.

When selected as Yes, the "2nd Quantity" column opens on the listing page.

12 - Get Manufacturer Code

When Yes is selected, the Manufacturer Code column opens on the listing page.

13 - Lot Number Based Option Is Provided Default

When it is selected as Yes, the lot number defaults in the stock based filter. It is recommended to be chosen especially for companies that follow Lot Based.

14 - Shows Stock Based on Serial Number

When it is selected as Yes, it shows the stocks on the basis of serial number.

15 - Shows Stocks Based on Lot Number

When selected as Yes, it shows stocks based on lot number.

Alternative product stock information is listed on a warehouse basis.

1 - Get Warehouse Information in Line

If Yes is selected, warehouse information is displayed on the line.

2 - Project Information in Line

If Yes is selected, project information is displayed on the line.

3 - Show Shelf Code in Row

If Yes is selected, the shelf code will be displayed on the line.

4 - Bring All Warehouses?

If Yes is selected, all warehouses will come.

5 - How Many Digits Should Be Displayed After Comma in Quantities?

The number of decimal places is specified.

6 - Lot Number Based Option is Provided as Default.

When it is selected as Yes, the lot number defaults in the stock-based filter.
