Sales Management Process Definitions


With the Sales Management module, you can centrally manage all your sales activities from opportunity registration to shipment from end to end. In order to make transactions in the sales module, you must have authorization in the module, processes, and transaction categories.



Authority Groups

ROUTE: Dashboard > System > Security > Authority Groups

Which modules a user can access are set under authority groups. Users can access modules that are authorized in that authority group, a user who is not authorized to the module cannot access the business functions of that module.

In order to manage sales transactions, authorization is required in the "Sales" section of the authority group.

If the user needs to see the Standard Reports of this module, the Report User box should also be checked.

In addition, business functions-based restrictions can be made. For detailed information about authorizations, you can review the Authority Types document.




Processes

ROUTE: Dashboard > BPM > Processes 

In order to manage sales transactions, first the process definition is made, and then the stages are defined. Stages; It is the operation of an authority-approval mechanism in which certain authorizations are given to certain users.

For detailed information about the processes, you can review the Process Management and Workflows document.

You can access the processes from the processes page or by clicking Dashboard > System > Page Settings on the relevant page.

You can access the process details by clicking on it or from the processes page. In order to make transactions in the sales module, the following processes must be defined;
  • Sales Orders
  • Installment Sales Orders
  • Installment Sales
  • Sales Proposals
