Lesson


You can add training from the lesson screen and determine the people who can access your training.


Route: Trainings > Training Management > Lesson

The registered training is listed on the lesson screen, you can add a new training by clicking the "+" icon. The use of the sections and fields on the "Add Course" page is as follows;

  1. Online: When the "Online" box on the right side of the screen is checked, this field opens and the meeting link where the lesson will take place is entered.
  2. Training FormatEnter the training format. Training formats are made from Dashboard > System > Parameters page.
  3. Category: Enter the category of the training. Categories are defined from parameters. Training to be added can be classified by sections. This definition will form the main sections of the training catalog. (For example; SoftSkills Trainings, Vocational/Technical Trainings).
  4. Section: Enter the part of the tutorial. Sections are defined from parameters.
  5. Lesson: Enter the name of the lesson.
  6. Curriculum: Choose a curriculum. Curriculums are defined from the Trainings > Training Management > Curriculum page.
  7. Training Location: Write the place where you will teach.
  8. Training Location Address: Write the full address of the training location.
  9. Training Location Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the training location.
  10. Training Location Responsible: Write down the person responsible for the training location.
  11. Course Announcement: If an announcement will be made about the course for the participants, it can be written in this field.
  12. Language: Select the language of instruction.
  13. Process: If a process related to the trainings has been created, a description of the process can be made in this field.
  14. Start: Enter the start date and the start time in the field next to it.
  15. Finish: Enter the end date and the end time in the field next to it.
  16. Maximum participants: It helps to determine the maximum number of people who will participate in the training. The number of participants will not exceed this number.
  17. Total DaysThe total day and time of the training is entered in this field.
  18. Product: Scorm content is used in the pricing and online sales processes of contacts. In the training to which the Scorm content is attached, the product of the Scorm content is associated with this area.
  19. ToolsTools to be used in the lesson can be written in this field. In this way, users can be prepared for training.
  20. PurposeYou can write the purpose of the lesson.
  21. Project: If the training is related to a project, you can select the project from this field.
  22. The following operations are performed with the boxes on the right side of the screen.
  • Online: If you are going to live the training, you should select this box.
  • Display on Web: If training will be published on websites managed with Workcube, this box is selected. Training announcements and their contents are published on the sites selected under the "sites to be published" section on the right.
  • Active: Indicates that your training is active.
  • Make visible to everyone: When this box is checked, the training can be viewed by anyone.
  • Allow everyone in my branch to display: When this box is checked, only those in the branch office of the person who registered the training can see it.
  • Allow everyone in my department to display: When this box is checked, only those in the department of the enroller can see the training.
  • Only Company Employees See: When this box is checked, only company employees can see the training.

You can write content about education in the "Detail" section.

After clicking the "Save" button, the Lesson Detail screen will open. With the help of the extra fields on the screen, the following operations are performed;

  1. Trainers: You can define trainers from this area.
  2. Homeworks - Studies: You can add homework - studies from this section.
  3. Courses: Courses are defined from the Training > Training Management > Courses page.
  4. Physical Asset and Reservation: You can associate a physical asset from this field.
  5. Images: You can add a product image from this area.
  6. Content: You can add content related to the product. Product contents can be used as publishing content on B2B and B2C sites.
  7. Documents: You can add a document related to the product or associate it with a document in the digital archive.
  8. Scorm Content: SCORM stands for Shareable Content Object Reference Model. It creates a framework in content management for e-learning contents to work by generating user data in different educational software. You can upload scorm content related to education from this area.

With the help of the links in the upper right, the following operations can be performed;

Screens may change depending on your authority.

  1. Send Message to Trainer: You can leave a note to the trainer with the help of this link.
  2. Participant Profile: You can set a participant profile.
  3. Report: You can enter a report from this link after the training. You can send feedback such as post-training evaluation, thoughts, and suggestions in the report. Note: Write the number of the page you want to appear next to the sections you want to see in the report.
  4. Cost: The cost of the training is controlled.
  5. Attendance Report: The status of the participants is entered in this field. Definitions such as excuses for non-participants are made.
  6. Add Scorm Compatible Content: When you click on this link, you will see the screen where you can upload Scorm compatible content.
  7. Scorm Report: This link takes you to the Scorm Results screen.
  8. Suggest Training: You can suggest the training to someone else with the person and description to be suggested from this link.
  9. Participant Print: You can print the participant list.
  10. Mail: You can send the training by mail.

With the help of other links, you can reach the detail page with the training evaluation forms, notifications about training, and the course list.
