Role Planning


Workcube HR-Role Planning Module allows to manage all positions, position employees, all planning and definitions of the position within the company. The Role Planning Module makes it possible to view the employees who meet the qualifications defined for the internal Vacant Positions. In this way, in-house assignments can be made easily. Position history, internal Vacant Positions, positions by department can be viewed easily.

The Role Planning Module also allows automatic task transfer from position to position. In this respect, the Role Planning Module is a critical module for all Workcube modules and solutions. Backup and supervisor selection, authority and responsibilities, Competency Definitions, Permanent Staff management, position-related measurement and evaluation forms, position cost information and activities are all managed in this module.
