Budget, Expense, and Revenue Process and Authorization


Processes and authorizations related to Budget, Expenses, and Revenue must be done correctly.



In order to manage the Budget, Expense, and Revenue transactions, you must first be authorized to the Processes. You can access the page via Dashboard > BPM > Processes. Click "+" if you want to add a process, and the pencil icon if you want to update the process.

You can define the Budget recording process, Budget planning process, and Expense request process via the Dashboard > BPM > Processes page.

The following screenshots explain the "Expense Request" process.

The options in the screenshot above are:

  1. The relevant process is named.
  2. In which companies the added process is desired to be displayed, it is associated with the relevant companies.
  3. The pages on which the process will be displayed are defined.
  4. Stages are defined to manage approval and notification mechanisms suitable for each situation.
  5. The order in which the stages will come is determined.
  6. Customizations are made according to the stage.
  7. Persons from the field of authorized positions are added and authorizations are given to the relevant stages.
