Production Planning Page Settings (XML) Settings


Under the Production Planning module, the usage principles of the pages are arranged with the page settings on the relevant page.



Requests List XML Setup

1 - Show Spec

When you say yes, the spec column opens on the listing pages.

2 - Show Lot Number?

Allows the lot number to be displayed.

3 - Show Production Stage?

It is selected whether to show the stages on the filtering page or not.

4 - Show Stage?

When Yes is selected, it displays the information in which process the relevant production request is.

5 - Update Quantities of Related Production Requests?

If this option is selected, the amounts of the related production requests are also updated according to the change rate in the update processes made in the list.

6 - Information to Display in Spec Field

It is used to display the spec in the order listing line.

7 - Batch Print?

When Yes is selected, a new print icon appears in the area with the checkboxes and enables batch printing.

8 - Show Order Number?

If the production request is associated with the order, it ensures that the relevant order number is displayed.

9 - Show Description?

Allows the request description to be displayed.

10 - Show Project?

Allows display of selected project information

11 - Show Target Start and Target End Dates?

It allows the target start and target end dates of the requests to be displayed.

12 - Show Associated Internal Request Number?

Enables displaying internal request information if there is an associated internal request.

13 - Work Center Filter

When “Sort by Relation” is selected, it groups the work center filter by parent work center, when “Sort by Name” is selected, it brings the work center filter in alphabetical order.

Tip: The XML settings of the request detail page are the same as for the production orders.


Production - Orders XML Setup

1 - Show Spec

When you say yes, the spec column opens on the listing pages.

2 - Show Inventory Code

It is used to display the inventory code in the order listing line.

3 - Show Unit 2

It is used for the 2nd unit display in the order listing line.

4 - Show Work Schedule

It is used to display the Work Schedule in the order listing line.

5 - Show Total Order Amount

When the "Group" box is checked on the filtering page, it shows the total order amount for the relevant product.

6 - Calculate the Urgent Need Amount from the Total Order Amount

When the "Group" box is checked on the filtering page, it calculates according to the total amount of urgent need for the relevant product.

7- Information to Display in Spec Field

Spec No / Spec Name is selected.

8 - Calculate the deadline

If it is selected, when the production order is given, the most appropriate start and end dates are reflected in the production orders by calculating how long the given production quantities will be produced by looking at the occupancy and vacancy rates of the selected work centers for the main product and the products produced below it. If you choose this option, you will not have to enter the start and end date on the production order add page. Even if the date is entered, since this option is selected, the system replaces it with the most appropriate date.

9 - Work According to Queuing Theory

If the working time is defined at the work center in the bill of materials, when the orders are converted to production request or direct production order, it adjusts the production start dates according to the occupancy rate in the relevant work centers.

10 - Delivery Date

It ensures that the delivery date of the relevant order comes from the order detail or the relevant line of the order.

11 - Create Request and Order as Much as Quantity

If Yes is selected, it enables the creation of request and production orders as much as the relevant order amount.

12 - Create Production Order

When Yes is selected, buttons appear below the listing, allowing production orders for orders.

13 - Create Production Request

When Yes is selected, buttons appear below the listing, allowing orders to be converted into production requests.

14 - Bring Order Explanation

When Yes is selected, it allows the explanation entered in the order detail to appear.

Tip: The XML settings of the order detail page are the same as for the production orders.


Production Orders List XML Setup

1 - Show Spec

When you say yes, the spec column opens on the listing pages.

2 - Show Request Number

It is used to display the Request Number on the Production Planning, Orders listing page.

3 - Show Production Stage?

It is selected whether to show the stages on the filtering page or not.

4 - Show Produced and Remaining Information?

It provides the columns showing the produced and remaining information.

Information to be Displayed in 

5 -Spec Field

Spec No / Spec Name is selected.

6 - Can Orders Be Printed?

It is used for print display on the orders listing page.

7 - Batch Print?

When Yes is selected, a new print icon appears in the area with the checkboxes and enables batch printing.

8 - Show Stage?

When Yes is selected, it displays the information in which process the production order is in.

9 - Show Lot Number?

Allows the lot number to be displayed.

10 - Show Order Number?

If the production order is associated with the order, it causes the corresponding order number to be displayed.

11 - Show Current Account?

Allows the current account information to be displayed.

12 - Show Associated Internal Request Number?

Enables displaying internal request information if there is an associated internal request.

13 - Work Center Filter

When “Sort by Relation” is selected, it groups the work center filter by parent work center, when “Sort by Name” is selected, it brings the work center filter in alphabetical order.

14 - Show Days Remaining to Delivery Date?

Remaining days information is displayed according to the selected value.


Add and Update Production Order XML Setup

1 - Use Product-Work Center Relationship

If this option is selected, it allows only the work centers defined in the BOM to be selected while choosing the work center where the product to be produced will be produced while placing a production order. If not selected, all work centers are listed regardless of the work center definitions set for the product.

2 - Calculate the deadline

If it is selected, when the production order is given, the most appropriate start and end dates are reflected in the production orders by calculating how long the given production quantities will be produced by looking at the occupancy and vacancy rates of the selected work centers for the main product and the products produced below it. If you choose this option, you will not have to enter the start and end date on the production order add page. Even if the date is entered, since this option is selected, the system replaces it with the most appropriate date.

3 - Use a Work Schedule

If you said "Make Deadline Calculation", it records the jobs according to the work schedules of the work centers where the product will be produced, for example, according to the time between 08:00 and 20:00. If it is not selected, it assigns the production to any time of the day that is empty.

4 - Work According to Queuing Theory

If the working time is defined at the work center in the bill of materials, when the orders are converted to production requests or direct production orders, it adjusts the production start dates according to the occupancy rate in the relevant work centers.

5 - Direct Transfer to Work Center Operator

It is an added option for those using the Production module (not Production Planning). If selected, the production order is directly reflected on the operator's screen. If not selected, the Production Planning Officer selects the products in the production orders list and allows them to appear on the operator's screen.

6 - Show Inventory Information in Production

If yes is selected, when the Production Details button is clicked on the Add Production Order page, the inventory status of all manufactured and unproduced components under the main product, the production orders given, the remaining production orders, etc. are displayed. It provides detailed information about product inventory. Since it slows down the page a bit, it is left to user preference by connecting to XML.

7 - Calculation of Production Amount

Total Unit Requirement: It is calculated as a standard according to the unit need amounts specified in the BOM of our product or in the selected spec.

From the Actual Inventory Requirement: It means that the actual inventories of the products are calculated by reflecting on the products if there is another product below. For example, if the actual inventory is 20 for product A and the need is 15 according to the actual inventory, since the amount of the product we have will meet the production, if there is another product under this product, the required production amount for them will be 0.

From Sellable Inventory Requirement: It is the same as the Actual Inventory Requirement, except that it moves from the Sellable Inventory, not the actual inventory of the product.

8 - Production Quantity Information

Columns whose numbers are not written will not be displayed in the list.

9 - Update the Delivery Date of the Order Line!

If production is made from an order, the delivery date of the order line is updated with the end date of the production order.

10 - Check Result on Update?

If yes, the production order with the result entered cannot be updated. If not, it can be updated.

11 - Check Work Center Minimum Production Quantity?

If this option is selected, a production order cannot be given less than the minimum production quantity of the relevant work center in the product work center definitions.

12 - Show Produced and Remaining Information?

When Yes is selected, it fetches the generated and remaining columns.

13 - Consider Warehouse of Scrap When Calculating Actual Inventory?

If Yes is selected, the products with “Scrap Inventory” are also included in the total when calculating the Actual Inventory.

14 - Create Internal Request for Products That Aren't Needed

It is also possible to create internal request for products that come in 0 quantity in the material requirement list.

15 - Add Consumables and Waste Materials Manually?

If Yes is selected, it is possible to add Consumable and Waste Materials lines manually.

16 - Should Consumables and Waste Materials Alternative Products Come From Product Details?

It ensures that alternative products selected in Consumables and Waste Materials come from the product details. If no is checked, the alternatives in the BOM are displayed.

17 - Should Sub-Production Orders Be Selected?

When creating a production order, it ensures that semi-finished products are selected and sent to production. If No is selected, it will be necessary to manually select semi-finished products.

18 - Only Products to be Produced in Production Details?

When Yes is selected, it ensures that the raw material products are not seen in the production detail.

19 - Minimum Inventory in Production Details?

When Yes is selected, minimum inventory information will be displayed in the production detail.

20 - Actual Inventory Amount According to Warehouse?

The inventory information of the actual inventory amount in the relevant warehouse or the inventory information in all warehouses is provided.

21 - Update Related Production Order Quantities?

When Yes is selected, Associated Production Order Quantities can be updated.

22 - Update Consumable and Waste Material Amounts?

Consumable and Waste Material Quantities can be updated when Yes is selected.

23 - Generate Serial Numbers in Background?

It enables the creation of product serial numbers in the background for the products whose serial number is tracked.

24 - Should Consumables and Waste Materials Come Depending on the Sequence Number in the BOM?

When Yes is selected, consumables and waste materials are shown according to the sequence number in the BOM.

25 - Actual Inventory Information According to Production Order End Date for Material Requirement?

In the material requirement field, the actual inventory information is displayed according to the production order end date.

26 - Show Lot Number in Consumables and Waste Material Rows?

When Yes is selected, Lot No is displayed on Consumables and Waste Materials Rows.

27 - Lot No. Comes from Product Details?

When Yes is selected, it allows Lot No information to come from the inventory code page.


Production Result Detail XML Setup

1 - The Cost of Consumables and Waste Material Products Can Change

When Yes is selected, the costs of consumables and waste material products can be changed manually.

2 - Work Center Changeable!

When Yes is selected, work center information of the production can be changed.

3 - Work with 2. Units

When Yes is selected, it will work with the 2nd units defined in the product detail.

4 - Display Spec ID

Spec ID is displayed when Yes is selected.

5 - Display Spec Name

Spec name is displayed when Yes is selected.

6 - Show 2. Explanation Field

When Yes is selected, the 2nd explanation field of the consumables and waste materials opens as an additional column.

7 - Quantities can be changed during disassembly

It allows the amount to be changed while disassembly operations are performed.

8 - Inventory Control Specified!

When Yes is selected, it controls not only the product's own inventory but also the relevant spec.

9 - Create New Main Spec if Consumable Amounts Change

Since operation information cannot be sent in operational bill of materials, new (duplicate) spec records will be created.

10 - Show Reflected Costs

It shows the cost reflected from the expense centers to the production result.

11 - Show Labor Costs

When Yes is selected, it shows the labor costs reflected from cost accounting.

12 - Show Total Cost

When Yes is selected, it shows the total cost of the product.

13 - The Result Amount May Be More Than the Production Amount.

The sum of the production results entered for a production order may be greater than the quantity in the production order.

14 - Show Combine at Shipping

Combine at Shipping boxes are displayed or not.

15 - Generate Automatic Result for Operations Without Result Entered

If yes is selected, if no results are entered for the operations related to the production order, the total amount of results is automatically entered to the work center to which the operation is connected.

16 - Display a*b*h

Either a*b*h is displayed or not.

17 - Add Product From Barcode and Serial No.

If Yes is selected, the product can be added by typing the barcode number or serial number for consumables and waste materials.

18 - Bring Barcode Column

If Yes is selected, it allows the barcode information to be displayed.

19 - Let the Waste Material Column Come for the Produced Product

In the produced product line, the waste material column is opened, and how many waste materials from the produced product can be written in this field.

20 - Unit Cost Based on System 2nd Currency

Costs are calculated according to the system 2nd currency.

21 - Consumables Lines Also Come as Waste Material

It also allows the consumable lines to come as waste material.

22 - No Update Can Be Performed If Receipt Has Been Formed

If Yes is selected, it does not allow the production result to be updated if the inventory receipt was created. In order to be able to update, inventory receipts must be deleted.

23 - Check Received Delivery Notes in Deletion Process

If yes, the production result will be deleted, and if there is a received delivery note, it will warn.

24 - Lot Number Can Be Changed

If Yes is selected, it allows lot number changes of the products.

25 - Look for Quality Control Information while Creating Inventory Receipt

This selection does not allow the creation of an inventory receipt without making a quality control entry for the product. In order to save the inventory receipt, it is necessary to make a quality control entry for the product produced as a result of the relevant production and to select the approval at the stage in the quality control process.

26 - Inventory Transaction Based on Lot No.

It allows inventory transaction to be made on the basis of the relevant Lot.

27 - Calculate Consumable Quantity According to Material Requirement

In cases where the quantity of consumable is not equal in the production order and result, when yes is said, it calculates the need based on the quantity of consumable used in the production result. When no is said, it assumes that the quantity of consumable in the production result has not been changed, and it brings the need. When Yes is selected, the consumable quantity in the production order is multiplied by the remaining production order amount and divided by the production order amount. E.g; 100 consumables were entered in product A in the production order. If 85 consumables are used while 80 consumables should be used in the amount of the production result, when yes is selected, the material requirement will be 15. If No is selected, the material requirement is 20 pieces.

28 - Consumable Receipt Transaction Category ID

Consumable receipt is created in the type of transaction whose ID is written. It is the value written in the process_cat_id field of the process type to be selected under Process Categories.

29 - Waste Material Receipt Transaction Category ID

A waste material receipt is created in the type of transaction whose ID is written. It is the value written in the process_cat_id field of the process type to be selected under Process Categories.

30 - Interwarehouse Transfer Transaction Category ID

In the transaction type whose ID is written, an interwarehouse transfer is created. It is the value written in the process_cat_id field of the process type to be selected under Process Categories.

31 - Output Receipt Transaction Category ID

In the type of transaction whose ID is written, a production output receipt is created. It is the value written in the process_cat_id field of the process type to be selected under Process Categories.

32 - Production Input Receipt (Disassembly) Transaction Category ID

In the type of transaction whose ID is written, a disassembly receipt is created. It is the value written in the process_cat_id field of the process type to be selected under Process Categories.

33 - Zero Inventory Control According to Document Date

If no is selected, zero inventory control is performed according to the inventory information of today's date in the conclusion of future productions. (For example; I have a production result of 50 for 1 month later. However, I do not have an inventory of semi-finished products today, and the production results for the semi-finished products are entered 1 month later. The system tells me that I do not have an inventory of semi-finished products based on today's date and does not allow me to finalize the production.) When Yes is selected, it is based on the inventory on the date of the document.

34 - Should Consumables and Waste Materials Arrive Based on the Sequence Number in the BOM?

When Yes is selected, consumable and waste material are shown according to the sequence number in the BOM.

35 - Show Manual Cost

Manual cost boxes are displayed or not.

36 - How Many Digits Should Come After Comma in Quantity?

In the Quantity field, the number of digits after the comma is selected.

37 - Automatically Update Consumable Quantity According to Production Result Amount?

If No is selected; The amount of the production result is updated only by pressing the button. Otherwise, it does not calculate the consumables. If Yes is selected, it will continue to work in its standard state. Automatic consumables are updated when the quantity changes.

38 - Input Warehouse Location Authorization

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.

39 - Output Warehouse Location Authorization

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.

40 - Production Warehouse Location Authorization

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.


Material Requirements XML Setup

1 - Allow Import from File

When Yes is selected, the icon where production material requirements can be imported opens, and import operations can be performed.

2 - Get Prices

When Yes is selected, unit price information and total price information calculated according to the need are displayed.

3 - Get Inventory Information of Alternative Products

When Yes is selected, it provides inventory information of alternative products.

4 - Location Filter

Based on the location filter XML, the locations are listed.

5 - Calculate the Material Requirement List Based on the Remaining Quantity

When Yes is selected, the quantity of consumables produced is not required. Note: It works in listing types from Production Orders (Spec) and Production Orders (With Alternative).

6 - Warehouse Id to Include Internal Requests

The amount of internal request, which is entered in the output warehouse XML and the warehouse and the delivery note is not cleared, is deducted from the active inventory value.

7 - How Many Digits Should the Requirement Field Be Shown After the Comma?

In the Requirement field, the number of digits after the comma is selected.

8 - Should Consumables and Waste Materials Come Depending on the Sequence Number in the BOM?

When Yes is selected, it is ensured that the consumables and waste materials are displayed according to the sequence numbers in the BOM.
