Expense, Revenue, and Maintenance Receipts XML Settings


XML Settings determines page-specific operating rules.

On the Expense - Revenue Receipts screen, you can access the XML Settings by Dashboard > System > Page Settings.

1 - Show Recorder Information

When Yes is selected, it ensures that the recording part of the listing page appears as selectable for the employees.

2 - Display Transaction Currency

When Yes is selected, Foreign Currency Total with VAT and Transaction Currency columns are added to the columns on the screen we list.

3 - Show Project Column

When Yes is selected, the "Project" column is added to the columns on the screen we have listed, and the project selected in the document is seen in this column.

4 - Show Branch Office Column

When Yes is selected, the "Branch Office" column is added to the columns on the screen we listed, and the selected branch office in the document is seen in this column.

5 - Total SCT Area

When Yes is selected, the “Total SCT” column is added to the columns on the screen we have listed, and the total SCT amount in the document is displayed in this column.

6 - Get the Paid by Area

When Yes is selected, the "Paid By" column is added to the columns on the screen we listed, and the payer in the document is seen in this column.

7 - Show the process?

If yes, processes are shown on the page.

8 - Show health expenditure in filter?

If it is selected as yes, the filter with/without health expenditure is shown in the filter.


Expense and Maintenance Invoices Add/Update Page XML Settings

You will see the following settings when you open the XML settings on the Add or update Expense Receipt page. These settings are;

1 - Branch Office can be selected

When Yes is selected, the branch office option can be selected on the expense receipt screen. Branch office options appear in the system as the branch offices of the company we are in.

2 - Project can be selected

When Yes is selected, Project option appears on the expense receipt screen. When Mandatory is selected, saving and updating the expense receipt is not allowed without selecting a project.

3 - Department can be selected

When it is selected as Yes, the option to select the department expense receipt appears. If it is called mandatory, expenses cannot be added or updated without selecting the department.

4 - Make the physical asset selection mandatory

When it is selected as Yes, it becomes obligatory to select physical assets in the line of the receipt.

5 - Project priority action should be taken

Companies that work simultaneously with users and follow their budgets accordingly on products and projects can use this function on the page, Expense-Revenue Center,

Instead of selecting an Income-Expense Item, it can have products and projects selected.

When Yes is selected, Expense-Income Center and Income-Expense Item do not appear. The system takes the Income-Expense Item from the product selected in the line and the Expense-Income Center from the selected project in the line.

6 - Let the asset manager be the spender

When Yes is selected, the person responsible for the physical asset selected in the line is assigned as the spender.

7 - Move the physical asset information while copying the line

When Yes is selected, the physical entity in the copied row is also moved to the new row that we copied.

8 - Move product information while copying row

When Yes is selected, the product in the copied line is also moved to the new line that we copied.

9 - Product cannot be selected without selecting a project in the line.

It does not allow the product to be selected without selecting the project in the row. It makes it mandatory to choose the project first and then the product.

10 - When the project is selected in the line, the workgroup will come automatically

When Yes is selected, the work group in the Project detail appears.

11 - Be able to change the project while there is a product in the line

When selected as Yes, the project can be changed while there is a product in the row. If no, the project cannot be changed without deleting the product. It is important for companies that progress on a project basis.

12 - Withholding amount can be changed

When selected as Yes, the withholding amount field can be changed.

13 - Priority order in rows

Each number corresponds to an area in the basket structure. It consists of a total of 40 fields. The number of the line that is desired to come first is written first.

Exemption Code
e-invoice comes as a Causes of Exception selectbox for e-archive invoices.

This is the field with the branch office information of the entered amount.

Columns whose numbers are not written will not be displayed in the list. The fields (2,8,9,12,13,14,15,16,27) must be displayed as mandatory.

14 - VAT %
If the VAT rate defined in the system is written, that VAT rate is automatically entered on the line.
15 - Should the same serial number be used for different clients?
In buy-type transactions, different clients can use the same serial and number. For plugs in this state, it should be selected as yes. Otherwise, the document number must be changed.
16 - SCT rate should be added to the VAT base
When selected as Yes, it allows the VAT amount (Total amount + SCT amount) to be calculated as VAT rate.
17 - Rounding number of amounts in rows
Specifies the number of decimal places that will appear in the amounts in the rows.
18 - Rounding number of Amounts in the General Total field
Specifies the number of decimal places that will appear on the calculated amounts in the general total field.
19 - Automatic update of the payment plan
If the Payment Method is entered, the Payment Plan will appear. If you have saved the payment plan, this Payment Plan will be deleted when you update the page. If No is selected and cancellation is selected in the warning "The payment schedule of the updated invoice will be regenerated" when the invoice is updated, the invoice is updated without updating the Payment Plan.
20 - Let the expense center brought from the physical asset manager
If Yes is selected, the expense center of the physical asset is automatically displayed.
21 - Let the system user bring to the Paid By field
If Yes is selected, the registered user is displayed in the "Paid by" field.
22 - Product price comes from product cost amount
If Yes is selected, the cost of the product is displayed in the amount field on the line.
23 - Reflect the project in the document to the lines
If yes, the project in the document will be reflected on the lines where the project information is not selected in the line.
24 - Bring the expense center on the lines with the project
If yes, it assigns the expense center of the line as the expense center of the project on that line.
25 - Show discount rate and discount amount
If yes, the discount rate and the discount amount are displayed. (29 and 31 should be added in row order.)
26 - Use Expense/Revenue Center and Budget Item relationship?
When Yes is selected, expense items related to the selected expense center in the line are displayed. If No is selected, all budget items independent of the expense center are displayed.
27 - Bring Expense Centers according to authorized branch offices and departments
When Yes is selected, only the expense centers of the authorized branch office and departments are displayed.
28 - Show the process?
If yes, processes are shown on the page. To use a process Dashboard > BPM > Processes
29 - Budget process should be done from line
If yes, budget transactions are made on the page from the date on the line. If No is selected, the document date is taken as a basis.
30 - Currency type
Currency Type: Allows the exchange to be traded according to buying or selling.

Income Receipt Screen XML Settings

The Revenue Receipt and Expense Receipt XML Settings are mostly the same. Since Receipts are also used as sales receipts, they can be sent as e-invoices and e-archive invoices. For this reason, the XML settings that are different are below.
8 - Updating Sent E-Invoices
If it is selected as no, the updating of the receipts whose e-invoice is sent is blocked, only if they are canceled, they are allowed to be updated.
9 - Updating Sent E-Archive Invoices
If it is selected as no, updating of receipts with e-archive invoices is prevented.
