Disciplinary and Other Actions


Discipline is the measures taken to ensure that general thoughts and behaviors are followed. The purpose of the disciplinary regulations is to ensure internal discipline within the company and to create a peaceful and safe working environment. Every job has a Job Definition. In this context, employees who know what the business conditions and the sanctions will be for not complying with the business conditions, adapt to the business conditions in a better way.



Disciplinary actions or awards received by the personnel on Workcube are recorded in the personnel file of the personnel and can be viewed in the employee details in the e-profile module.

Before starting to use this field, Disciplinary Action Types and Award Types should be defined first.



Award Types


Route: Parameters > Award Types


These are the definitions of rewards that the company gives to its employees based on the motivation of the employee and the extra performance he/she shows. For example: certificate of achievement, promotion, bonus, gift certificates.



Disciplinary Action Types


Route: Parameters > Disciplinary Action Types


These are the types of sanctions applied to the employees who disrupt the order, to ensure the order and discipline of the workplace. For example warning, reprimand, salary cut, dismissal, etc.



Disciplinary Actions

Disciplinary penalties given to the employee in the Disciplinary Actions area are recorded. You can also list all disciplinary actions that have been processed in your company from this area.

If you are notifying your employee of the Disciplinary Actions recorded in the system with a signature, you can also save the documents you have signed in the system from the Documents field in the details of the entered records.


Awards


Route: Disciplinary and Other Actions > Awards


The awards given to the employee under Disciplinary Actions are also recorded.

The subject, type, date of the award, and an explanation of which employee the award is given are entered.


Event Report


Route: Disciplinary and Other Actions > Event Report


These are the records created in situations and events that require administrative and disciplinary action for the employee.

What can be done with the Event Record?

  • Creating a notification letter to the prosecutor's office,
  • Recording witness statements,
  • Creating a "Hearing Request Letter" in which the employer requests a written defense from the employee
  • Recording the decisions of the disciplinary committee,
  • Receiving notice of termination or penalty notices,
  • Operations such as printing the event report from the printer can be done.
